These 12" ball bearing speed chucks are made from painted hardwood and have a dragon on them. They are lightweight and durable and are excellent for practice and conditioning. The handles are smooth with no groves which allow them to slide easily through your hands when passing from one hand to another. Very nice chucks for the money.
