Shovit Tool

Padlock Shim Set

An easy way to open many padlocks is to utilize Padlock Shims. Made of very thin spring steel, they come in several sizes to fit the contour of the hasp of the lock. Just push one down between the hasp and the body of the lock and twist to disengage the locking mechanism. Set consists of 20 shims in multiple sizes.

Plug Spinner

Oftentimes it is impossible to pick a lock in the correct direction but easy to pick backwards. That's when the plug spinner is a must. With the lock picked in the wrong direction, simply wind the spinner by giving it 1-1/2 turns (in whichever direction necessary), set the trigger, insert the blade into the plug, and release the trigger. The plug is now picked in the correct direction.

Schlage Wafer Pick Set

Kwik-Pull Lock Core Remover

The Kwikset lock is the most widely used lock in the world. The KWIK-PULL is designed to quickly remove the core of Kwikset “key in knob” locks for rekeying or repairing. Please note that when the core is removed the door can be opened with pliers or a screwdriver, so take precautions to secure the door until rekeying or repairing is completed. Not for use on deadbolts.
